Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SmartUp app. By downloading or using SmartUp you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

Some features require an account, created with Sign in with Apple or an email address. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Subscriptions

SmartUp Elite is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all lessons and quizzes. Prices and billing periods are shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Introductory offers (such as a discounted first week) apply once per Apple ID and renew at the standard price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Learning content

SmartUp lessons are for general education and curiosity. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Some lessons are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed against published sources, but they may still contain mistakes. If something looks wrong, please tell us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse SmartUp: no attempting to access other people's accounts, interfering with the service, scraping or copying lessons at scale, or reverse engineering the app except where the law allows.

Ownership

SmartUp and its lessons, artwork, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own learning.

Changes and termination

We may update SmartUp or these terms. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using SmartUp at any time.

Disclaimers

SmartUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SmartUp in the 12 months before the claim.
